Frequently Asked Questions for Torq TET Longboard 9'6" - Seagreen/Pinline Snowboard Boots From our proprietary 4-way stretch
How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?
Look in the order history associated with the account or purchase channel you used. Check whether the purchase channel and the seller use different reference numbers.
How can I choose an appropriate purchase quantity?
Do not add unnecessary units solely to qualify for a promotion. Consider whether buying in stages would better match an uncertain requirement.
What should I confirm before purchasing on behalf of an organization?
Do not assume an organizational purchase automatically qualifies for a discount. Do not promise the seller an approval that has not been obtained.
