Frequently Asked Questions for GOFFETTE (Guy). | Solo d'ombres. FINN (David) carte et 7 illustrations hors-texte

What should I do if I am waiting for a seller's response?

Ask which official route is appropriate if the original channel is not handling the issue. Retain any confirmed next step so you know what to expect afterward.

What should I check before applying store credit to an order?

Ask about unclear restrictions before submitting the purchase. Proceed using the credit arrangement the seller has actually documented.

What should I check before choosing a payment method at checkout?

Review the amount before approving the payment request. Do not treat a completed checkout form as proof of successful payment.
